Applicable to all ticket purchases and attendance for RAMBARI — The Concert, 17th October 2026, Musaeus College Auditorium, Colombo 07.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event is rescheduled or cancelled by the organizers. The organizer will be responsible for processing any refunds under any circumstances. Refunds (if applicable) will be managed solely by the organizers. Oneticket.lk will not be responsible for processing any refunds under any circumstances.
Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for “රම්බරී The Concert”, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Compliance with Laws
All attendees must adhere to the laws of Sri Lanka and respect the code of conduct of the venue as well as fellow attendees.

Prohibited Items
Carrying illegal substances, alcohol, or weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited. Possession of such items will lead to immediate removal from the premises.

Food & Beverages
Outside food or beverages will not be permitted inside the auditorium. However, attendees may purchase food and drinks from the stalls available on the ground floor.

Ticket Requirement
Attendees must carry their valid ticket/pass (QR code or physical) at all times. Entry will not be granted without proper documentation.

Security Checks
The organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks at the entrance or during the event to ensure safety.

Liability Waiver
Attending the concert is at your own risk. The organizers will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.

Behavior Expectations
Respectful conduct is expected towards fellow attendees, performers, and staff. Any harassment, misconduct, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without a refund.

Event Changes
The organizers reserve the right to adjust the event schedule, lineup, or venue if necessary.

Children Policy
Children above 4 years of age are required to purchase a valid ticket for entry.

Special Note
Online ticket buyers can collect their free wristbands at the check-in counter on the day of the concert.
